The Teddy Bear Series (preschool)
Teddy Bear Series (Story time set to Classical Music) will be a young child's first introduction to classical music designed to enhance an existing reading programs. With one or two musical instruments, we set favorite children's stories to popular classical music themes. The children will be invited to bring their teddy bear with them as they enjoy our story time. The story is read by our narrator, illustrations of the story are projected on a screen, and our professional musicians perform familiar classical themes to bring the characters of the stories to life. It will be an opportunity for the children to get up close and personal with our musicians and their art.
Following the program will be our "Musical Petting Zoo." Each child will receive the opportunity to play a child sized violin, viola, cello, bass, and harp with guidance from our professional musicians of the Orlando Chamber Soloists.
